Where is Neon Lights Festival 2015

Where can I get tickets?
Are there any discounts for tickets?
Youth & Child 2-day weekend (on sale here) are also heavily discounted, and there is free admission for Under 2s.
Group “Half-Dozen” Offer: Festivals are more fun with friends! Buy 6 advance tickets for the price of 5.
Will tickets be available on the day?
Limited tickets may be available on the day at the festival. Purchase your tickets early online to save money and potentially avoid disappointment if the festival sells out in advance.
How many tickets can I buy in one go?
You can buy up to 12 tickets in one purchase.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
You will have to bear any administrative charges associated with re-printing of your ticket(s).
Can I transfer my ticket to somebody else?
If you have collected your physical tickets or printed out your e-ticket in advance of the festival, but then find you cannot go to the festival, you can give your ticket to somebody else.
However, if your ticket has been scanned at the festival and exchanged for a wristband, you may not give your wristband to anybody else. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable. This applies to both one-day and two-day weekend wristbands. Broken or lost wristbands will not be replaced - so take good care of them!
Entry To The Festival
Is there an age limit?
Neon Lights is an all-ages event. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult (max 2 under-18s with 1 adult), must have photo ID, and are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Free admission for Under 2s.
An I.D check will be conducted at the various entry points to the Festival. Everyone is required to present a valid I.D and the Festival reserves the right to deny entry or evict any persons who fail to comply with the ticketing entry terms and conditions.

Neon Lights is a rain or shine Festival.
Photography / Video
No professional photography and video equipment is permitted, however point and click cameras and mobile phones are fine.
What should I bring to the festival?
- Your ticket/ wristband
- Valid photo ID
- Sunscreen, shades, hats, ponchos
- Sensible clothing and shoes
- Mosquito repellent
- Fun vibes + glo-sticks
What am I not allowed to bring into the Festival?
- Your own food and drinks. Our licenced food stalls and bars at the Festival come well stocked with mouth-watering delights and thirst quenchers. The exception to this is baby food, formula and milk. All bags will be checked at the point of entry.
- Drugs and illegal substances
- Skateboard, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles
- Chairs or any other furniture
- Weapons, fires, fireworks, sparklers
- Water pistols, laser lights and laser pens
- Any other potentially hazardous and dangerous items
Line-Up & Programme
Is the line-up the same each day?
The music line up is completely different each day. Some, but not all, of the arts line-up will be the same for both days.
When will timetables and map be ready?
I am a musician who wants to perform at Neon Lights, who do I get in touch with?
The line-up for Neon Lights 2015 is now complete. However, we would love to hear your music once this year’s festival is over. Please send an email with some links to [email protected] with “2016 Music Line Up/ NAME OF BAND” in the subject line.

How can I work at Neon Lights?
If you have 3-5 years experience in outdoor music festivals or events in Singapore, we would like to hear from you, as we are currently filling a number of short-term positions. Please send your CV and a cover letter to [email protected]
How will I be assigned my shifts?
You will be assigned to a volunteer crew based on Festival needs and your skills (and also not forgetting your must-see act).
What Do Team Neon Volunteers Get?
- Attend the Festival at your leisure outside of your volunteer shifts
- Participate in the behind-the-scenes of the Neon Lights Festival.
- A Neon Lights Festival t-shirt
- Team Neon Certificate
- Testimonial/CIP form if requested by your university
Can I Volunteer With My Friend?
Yes! When you register, be sure to indicate their name. We will try our best to keep you together in your shifts, though we have many festival volunteer needs to coordinate so please be patient and flexible!
Will There Be an Orientation
Yes, volunteer inductions for those working during-festival shifts will be done on-site at Fort Canning. Please find the timing details in our registration form.
When Do I Report For My Shift?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your assigned volunteer shift begins, dressed appropriately (close-toed shoes) and ready to work. You will receive a volunteer t-shirt at your first shift and be expected to wear it while you are working. As we get closer to the big weekend, additional shift check-in details will be sent!
Will We Get Meal Vouchers
Meal and water provided for during-festival shifts.

If necessary, cancel your application via email to [email protected] by 15 November 2015.
Can I choose my preferred roles?
Please indicate your preferences in the registration, and we will try our best to match your skills with the appropriate departments.
